THE ROLE

In This Role, You Will Impact The Organization by been responsible for leading and managing key HR functions, including Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and HR Compliance. The role contributes to shaping a robust organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and implementing effective talent management strategies. The People & Culture Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to support strategic initiatives, manage the employee lifecycle, and enhance the company’s Employer Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Relations & Performance Management
    • Manage employee relations and performance management processes to ensure a positive work environment.
    • Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.
  2. Training & Development
    • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
    • Lead the development of a formal induction process and succession planning procedures.
  3. Compensation & Benefits
    • Oversee payroll in cooperation with an outsourced agency.
    • Review and suggest changes in the benefits strategy to remain competitive and attractive.
  4. Recruitment & Talent Management
    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning and the company’s Employee Value Proposition.
    • Manage the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction processes.
    • Drive best practices in job design, candidate attraction, and succession planning.
  5. Organizational Development & Culture
    • Contribute to building a positive organizational culture by role modeling company values and desired behaviors.
    • Support management in maximizing employee engagement and fostering organizational commitment.
  6. HR Management & Compliance
    • Ensure effective HR operations, including maintaining employment records and managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, cross-boarding).
    • Assist with HR planning, budgeting, reporting, and evaluating People & Culture trends and results.
  7. Change Management & Cultural Adaptation
    • Support change management initiatives and help employees adapt to organizational changes.
    • Promote cultural integration and ensure that company values are embedded in everyday operations.
  8. Employer Branding & Communications
    • Collaborate with marketing on employer branding activities, including LinkedIn and other platforms.
    • Publish internal newsletters and other communications to engage the workforce.
  9. Sales Force Management
    • Manage the lifecycle of the self-employed sales force, ensuring compliance and effective integration.

 

 

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

Education & Languages

  • Bachelor ´s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management or employment law, or equivalent qualification.
  • Native Czech and very good written and spoken English skills, other languages a strong advantage.

Skills And Experience

  • Relevant experience as an HR Manager or HR Specialist (5-10 years).
  • Extensive knowledge of the Works Constitution Act as well as labor and social insurance law.
  • Strong proficiency in software and HRM tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent Excel skills.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset, with skills in the use and application of business technology.
  • Experience in negotiating work agreements.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Effective communication and results-oriented collaboration.
  • High social competence and teamwork skills.
  • Analytical thinking and a high degree of self-organization.
