THE ROLE
You will have a key role in responding to sales opportunities or leads initiated by customers. Evaluate and understand customer requests and needs through structured analysis. Demonstrate self-sufficiency and confidence in our products and software. Handle inbound calls and emails from customers dealing with technical issues, missing channels, sales inquiries, and subscription/invoice-related concerns.
Within the above role, some of your tasks will be:
- You will be required to assist the customer by navigating through our troubleshooting guide and posing control questions.
- Communicate to the customer the necessary adjustment required for their satellite dish and suggest generating a work order for an installer to assist.
- Carry out relevant inquiries about the desired suspension dates and check if any suspensions have been recorded in the last 12 months.
- You should provide information about the suspension fee, register the suspension on the account, and ensure the invoice is appropriately credited.
- You will be expected to comprehend our invoice process and be aware of the relevant date.
- You will be tasked with understanding the invoiced items, examining any changes made to the subscription, and providing the customer with accurate information.
- Required to be knowledgeable about the required channel package, channel positions, and pricing for the product.
- You will review the sales agreement with the customer, record the new product, and explain how the upcoming invoice will be structured.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- Native or proficient proficiency in Norwegian (C2).
- Intermediate proficiency in English (minimum B2) in both spoken and written forms.
- Effective communication abilities, showcasing exceptional phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing capabilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving aptitude, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
- Eagerness to acquire new knowledge, demonstrate curiosity as an investigator, and tackle challenges as a problem solver.
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece is a prerequisite.
- Either a local candidate or a willingness to relocate to Greece.
